Game of the week: Waterpark Simulator

Introduction:
This vibrant game was created by a popular youtuber who goes by the name Caylus or Infinite! The game has a very simple premise: build slides, cool attractions, and stalls, until you reach 5 stars. The silly, but also difficult to work with movements and controls, make this game fun and something to laugh at while also spicing up the game with complex features like randomly falling over for absolutely no particular reason! While this may be funny for others, it can be very challenging when you are in the middle of cleaning a slide and some random person who didn’t pay for their tickets walks into you, sending you flying into the moon. Alas, there is a very useful feature in the game called: ‘thwacking’ people around the head with a comically large sledgehammer! 

Gameplay Overview:
This gameplay can be annoying, but is very fun when you master it (Which I still have not…) But for most starter beginner noobs like YOU probably, it can be quite difficult! For example, the cleaning and fixing feature can be annoying, but you can fix that by hiring an employee to do it for you! Yeah, you can get employees in this weird game! I also like how you can go to drone mode and build almost anything you please, however, you do have to level up to get points to then unlock attractions from this special book thing!

Strengths:
The game graphics are semi-realistic and nicely done, however they do have some flaws. Additionally, you can hit and shoot people with various different items, such as; a hammer, a sledgehammer and best of all a water-gun, which is pretty funny!

Weaknesses:
The game costs around $12 which is a bit annoying because, who doesn’t like a free, good game? Besides that, while I previously mentioned the graphics were good, there are 2 major glitches in the game including; The dimension of demons and the human butterfly. Let's start with demon dimension! When someone is sitting on a lounger and you go behind them their head will 180 degrees snap towards you like you hurt them in some way. Next up: Human butterfly! If you ragdoll in a certain space you can get turned into a whirlwind of human body parts that sometimes resembles what looks to be, a deformed butterfly that was just run over by a 50 ton semi-truck!

Verdict:
An overall nice and silly game but can get very boring very quickly!

8/10! I would rate it higher if it was cheaper and had some unique gameplay, so it wouldn’t be so repetitive!
