I decided to check out Big Mama, a cozy yet stylish pizza spot that sits high up like a skybar and wow, it was such an experience. From the moment I stepped in, the vibe was immaculate: soft lighting, good music, and a cool evening breeze that made the atmosphere feel both relaxing and lively. From where I sat, I could see the city lights twinkling below, which added the perfect touch to the night.
I ordered the BBQ Chicken Pizza and a Lasagna, and both dishes honestly exceeded my expectations. The pizza came out fresh and hot, with that perfectly crispy crust that every pizza should have, golden on the edges, slightly chewy in the center, and holding all the toppings beautifully. The BBQ sauce had this smoky-sweet flavor that paired so well with the melted cheese and tender chicken pieces. Every bite had a burst of flavor, tangy, savory, and just the right amount of sweetness. It was one of those pizzas you can’t stop eating even when you’re already full.
Then came the Lasagna, which looked as good as it tasted. The layers were evenly cooked, with creamy cheese melting between soft pasta sheets and a rich, flavorful meat sauce that wasn’t too heavy. You could really taste the balance between the tomato base and the cheesy goodness and comforting, warm, and perfectly seasoned.
Overall, dining at Big Mama was such a vibey experience. The food was top-tier, the service was friendly, and the night-time atmosphere made everything even better. Whether you’re out for a casual dinner with friends or a chill date night, Big Mama is the kind of place that makes you want to stay a little longer, just soaking up the mood (and maybe ordering another slice).
